The cottage in Carrickfergus was a great find for our Northern Ireland adventure. the upside-down layout was a unique touch that we enjoyed, especially with the stunning sea views from the living room. the bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and having an en-suite in the upstairs room was a convenient bonus. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, and our son loved meeting their animals. The location was perfect for exploring the region by car, with easy access to all the sights we wanted to see. the amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable and convenient. the peaceful garden area was a nice spot to relax after a day of hiking or exploring. Overall, the cottage offered great value for the price, with a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Northern Ireland.
